In order to receive your CME Certificate, you are REQUIRED to complete the OVERALL EVALUATION on the Meeting App/Website. The “app” is not actually an app you need to download, rather a website you’ll want to bookmark: https://app.resultsathand.com/gsr2024. Sign-in using the email address that you received this email at. If you don’t remember your password, please click on the prompt to be assisted. Please read the detailed instructions below to ensure success on obtaining your certificate.

Instructions to CLAIM CME & MOC for GSR Meeting:

1. Click on the link above and sign in.
2. Click on the Evaluation Icon.
3. At the top of the screen, click on “Overall Evaluation – Must Complete for Certificates”
4. Complete the entire evaluation and click save evaluation.
5. It may take a few moments for the certificate to populate. If you want to expedite the process, you can click on the 3 horizontal lines in the corner of your screen and then click on the refresh button (arrows in a circle).
6. You will then see options at the top to email, view or download. You can also find your certificate on the homepage under “My Certificates.”
7. Please complete ASAP!!!

Note: Presentations that were shared from the speakers are available, as a PDF, under the MATERIALS icon on the app. All presentations that were provided have been uploaded to the app. You are not required to complete all of the individual evaluations, but our speakers do appreciate you doing so and it is helpful for our future speaker selection.
