2026 GSR Annual Meeting June 4 - 7, 2026 Wild Dunes Resort, Charleston, SC Hotel InformationIMPORTANT HOTEL INFORMATION – PLEASE READGSR has secured a reduced room rate of $437 per night ($369 + 16% resort fee per night) for standard, RUN-OF-RESORT accommodations. Run of resort means “best available room at the time of check-in.” In other words, you are NOT GUARANTEED any specific room type, location or view. Rooms will be assigned in the Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, or the Residences at Sweetgrass. See map below for resort layout. Guests will be allowed ONE ROOM ONLY at this rate. Additional reservations may be made independently at the hotel’s current rack rate. To prevent misuse of our special rate, a strict reservation process is in place. Room type and bed type are subject to availability upon arrival. Registration is REQUIRED in order to reserve a room and the LINK will be provided in your confirmation email.
